Answer: Cosmetic surgery is not as expensive as you might think. Almost all of the patients I care for a regular, working class/middle class people. Instead of taking a vacation, they get new boobs or a normal looking nose. Some people finance it. How about cosmetic procedures used after huge weight loss? We do abdominoplasties, mastopexies and brachioplasties for people who have lost a lot of weight and have a bunch of extra skin hanging on them. They are some fo the happiest patients I see.
